At the end of Dark Disciple, Asajj is left for dead and her body is left in a body of water the Nightsisters called the Pool of Life. Being a literal-minded sort and not liking the ending, I've decided the pool healed her, and eventually, she makes her way off-planet.
She discovers the Republic has fallen and the Empire has taken its place, ending the galactic civil war. Working as a bounty hunter, she ends up freeing a bunch of slaves, as she finds herself unable to turn her back on those in need she comes across. The group finds its way into the edges of wild space, to a planet they colonize. The planet is strong in the Force and they end up forming a new tribe of Nightsisters, using the Force in their magics like the Dathomirian Sisters. Unlike the Dathomirian Sisters, they are not Dark Side users.
Raelle is a second-generation sister and thus has had some formal training, though there are still things they are discovering with the Force and the nature of the planet they live on.
